Refund and Returns
Please check your box upon arrival, if there are any issues please contact us immediately via email at hedoniatoronto@gmail.com. Orders can be return back to our atelier up to 2 hours upon delivery, and an arrangement can be made for an immediate replacement or refund only in this instance. Otherwise, returns are not admissible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Refunds are only applicable to items that do not meet client standards (i.e., damage during delivery), otherwise no refunds available. Once an order is placed, it is crafted with care specifically with you and in alignment with any additional personal requests. In the event of a refund, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
