Cancellations

Arrangements can be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Orders in crafting processes, en route, or delivered cannot be cancelled. 

Returns, Refunds 

Please check your box upon arrival. If there are any points of concern/arrangement does not meet client standards, please contact us immediately via email. Once an arrangement has been fully processed, crafting has already begun specifically for you. Returns are not admissible. Refunds not accepted.
